available at VEE2007. Examples include:
Pre-show opportunities
• Final pre-show emails – Sent to registered visitors in the weeks prior to the event
• Insert with visitor badge mailer – Sponsor to provide insert, mailed out to pre-registered visitors with their personalised visitor badge
• Web banner advert – A maximum of 3 rotating banner adverts will give sponsors an eye-catching and long-lasting way to engage the interest of customers as they use the site in the time leading up to the show
Visual branding opportunities at the Show
• Visitor badge – Sponsor logo appears next to the show logo on all visitor badges
• Overhead banners – An overhead stand banner helps visitors easily and quickly locate your stand
• Leaflet distribution – Have your company leaflet/brochure handed to visitors as they arrive at the registration desks – limited to three sponsors only
